Where we ship
We ship worldwide from our United Kingdom fulfilment operation. Checkout currently supports delivery to: United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, Italy.
If your country is not listed at checkout, email support@cantcore.shop with the kits and the destination and we will quote a rate and add the destination where our carriers can reach it. We cannot deliver to destinations subject to trade sanctions or where our carriers suspend service.
Dispatch times
Orders are packed and dispatched within two business days of payment clearing. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding United Kingdom public holidays. Orders placed after 14:00 UK time are picked the next business day.
Every kit is packed as a complete system and checked against its contents list before it is sealed. Bundles may arrive in more than one carton, sometimes on different days; the tracking email tells you when this applies.
Delivery estimates
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Ireland and Western Europe: 4–8 business days after dispatch.
- United States and Canada: 6–12 business days after dispatch.
- Australia and New Zealand: 8–15 business days after dispatch.
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspection, weather, strike action and peak periods can extend them. The estimate runs from dispatch, not from when you place the order.
Shipping rates
- Free worldwide shipping on orders of $150 or more.
- $12 flat rate on orders below that threshold, to every destination we serve.

Rates are charged in USD and shown before you pay. The shipping line on your Stripe checkout is the final shipping amount; we never add a charge afterwards.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Parcels are dispatched from the United Kingdom. For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees may be charged by your country's authorities and are payable by the recipient. These are set by your government, not by us; we cannot calculate, absorb or refund them, and they are not included in the price you pay at checkout.
We declare the accurate contents and paid value on every customs form. We will not mark an order as a gift or understate its value — doing so is illegal, and it would void your ability to claim on a lost parcel.
If a parcel is refused at customs or returned because duties were not paid, we treat it as a return: the kit value is refunded once it reaches us, less the original shipping and any carrier return charge.
Tracking and delivery problems
A tracking link is emailed when your parcel leaves us. If tracking has not moved for seven business days, or a parcel is marked delivered but is not with you, contact support@cantcore.shop within 30 days of dispatch and we will open a carrier investigation.
A parcel is treated as lost once the carrier concludes its investigation, or after 20 business days past the delivery estimate for international orders. We then replace the kit or refund it in full — your choice. If a kit arrives damaged, send photographs of the carton and contents within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it at our cost.
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to accept it, we refund the kits once they arrive back, less the original shipping cost, or resend it once you pay the shipping again.
Stock and delays
We list a kit only when it can be dispatched. If a component becomes unavailable after you order, we contact you within one business day with the choice of waiting for a dated restock, swapping it for another kit, or cancelling for a full refund. We never substitute a component for a different one without telling you first.
Seasonal Core Drop editions ship in limited runs on a published quarterly schedule. Once an edition's run is gone it is not remade, and any order we cannot fill is refunded in full.
