Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of https://cantcore.shop and any order you place with CANTON CORE COMPANY LTD, trading as Canton Core, of 86 Alison Lea East Kilbride, G74 3HW, United Kingdom. By placing an order you accept these terms, so please read them.

We sell physical organization and home storage goods for everyday household use. We do not sell services, installation, repair, or anything requiring a licence or professional certification.

You must be at least 13 to use this site. If you are between 13 and 17, you may only use it and place an order with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms and takes responsibility for the order and payment. We do not knowingly deal with children under 13.

By ordering you confirm that you are legally able to enter a contract, that the payment method is yours or you are authorised to use it, and that the delivery details you give are accurate.

A kit listing is an invitation to buy, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy, and the contract forms only when we email to confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline an order — for example if a kit is out of stock, a price was displayed in error, we cannot deliver to your address, or the order looks fraudulent. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. Your bank statement shows CANTON CORE. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and we never receive your full card number — see the Privacy Policy.

• All prices are in USD and shown on every kit page and at checkout.
• Shipping is free on orders of $150 or more, otherwise $12 flat. Members ship free with no threshold.
• Import duties and taxes outside the United Kingdom are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price — see the Shipping Policy.
• We may change prices at any time, but never for an order you have already placed and paid for.

If a kit is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we are not obliged to sell at it. We will contact you before dispatch with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Every kit page lists its complete contents, materials and dimensions. Those descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge and are what you are buying.

Product images are representative. Colours vary between screens, and natural materials such as ash veneer, stoneware and linen vary in grain, glaze and weave between batches. Dimensions carry a normal manufacturing tolerance. These variations are not faults. Where a difference is material — a component changed, a dimension revised — we update the kit page, and if it affects an order already placed we tell you before dispatch.

Our kits are everyday household organization and storage goods. Use each piece as described, within its stated dimensions and any stated load limits. Adhesive hooks and mounts must only be applied to suitable surfaces as described, and are not rated for heavy or safety-critical loads. We are not responsible for damage caused by use beyond a piece's stated purpose or capacity.

Reset Core and Wind-Down Core are lifestyle and organization goods, not medical devices. We make no medical, sleep, therapeutic, health or wellness claims about any item we sell, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a substitute for professional advice. Lamps are decorative low-level lighting and are not treatment devices. A tea caddy is a storage tin and is sold empty.

Small components are not toys and are not intended for children under three. Keep kits away from small children and pets.

Core Membership is a recurring subscription giving member pricing, free worldwide shipping, early access, an extended 60-day return window, and — on Core Studio — one physical Seasonal Core Drop per quarter.

• Benefits apply only while the membership is active and stop when it ends. There are no credits, points, stored value or top-up packs, and nothing is banked or carried over.
• It renews automatically at the published price until you cancel it in the Stripe customer portal.
• We may change membership prices or benefits with at least 30 days' notice by email, taking effect at your next renewal. You can cancel before then.
• A membership is personal to you. Do not share the account to obtain member pricing for others.

Seasonal Core Drop editions are produced in limited runs on a quarterly schedule. Stock is finite, allocation is first come first served after the member reservation window, and once a run has sold out it is not remade. If we cannot fill your order for an edition, we refund it in full. Every edition's contents, materials and dimensions are published before dispatch.

Our kit designs, product photography, copy, the Canton Core name and our mark are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

Our products are original designs.They do not reproduce or claim authorisation from anyone else's products, and nothing we sell carries a third party's brand, logo, licensed character or copyrighted artwork. Any resemblance to generic household object categories is functional, not derivative. We do not claim any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from any other company or brand.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, or for loss you suffer because you used a product beyond its stated purpose or capacity.

We do not limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for your statutory rights over defective or misdescribed goods.

Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. If you buy as a business, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, contracts or anticipated savings.

We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may suspend it for maintenance or changes.

These terms and any dispute arising from them or from an order are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom, and the courts of Scotland, United Kingdom have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our products, our operations or the law. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes are announced on this page with a revised update date, shown in the header above. These terms sit alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
